Product Care & Warranty

At TempTint, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read the following guidelines to care for your products and understand our warranty coverage.

1. Product Care Instructions

To maximize the performance and longevity of your TempTint products:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth or sponge with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or scrubbing tools that may damage the surface.

  • Application & Handling: Handle products gently during application to prevent creases or scratches. Follow the included instructions for best results.

  • Storage: Store unused products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

  • Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep sharp tools, keys, or abrasive items away from applied or stored products.

2. Warranty Coverage

TempTint products are covered by a limited warranty to ensure they meet quality standards:

  • Duration: Our products are warranted for 30 days from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Eligibility: The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from TempTint or authorized resellers.

  • Covered Issues: Warranty covers manufacturing defects or other faults present at the time of delivery.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper application, misuse, or negligence.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, shrinking or discoloration.

  • Products altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.

  • Damage due to accidents, natural disasters, or exposure to extreme conditions.

4. Claims & Returns

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact TempTint customer support via email  within the warranty period.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and photographs showing the defect.

  3. Follow instructions to return the product, if required.

Upon verification, we may at our discretion:

  • Replace the defective product.

  •  Issue a refund for the purchase price.

5. Limitation of Liability

TempTint’s liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund of the defective product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
